Maestro Institute is one of the most successful school of  English and currently operates in Palembang  with 3 centres and other preparation centres in (Sumbagsel, Jakarta, Banjarmasin, Lampung and Sulawesi) . Due to our rapid expansion in Palembang, we are looking for the following positions to be based in Basuki Rahmad, Jendral Sudirman, Lahat, etc

TEACHER
JOB SPECIFICS:

• You will teach a variety of English classes using our uniquely successful method
  
• You will create social clubs and other events
• You will promote an all-English speaking environment
• You will counsel, mentor, evaluate and motivate students

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluency in English equivalent to a native speaker
• Minimum of a bachelors degree in Linguistics, English, Modern Languages, Education

EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANT ( EC )
JOB SPECIFICS:

• Sales target oriented
• Motivated to earn significant remuneration packages ( between 10-16 million / month )
• Willing to work long hours to achieve targets
• S1/D3 graduate, with work experience in selling
• Professional in appearance, not more than 27 years of age
• Good command of English
• Basic computer knowledge

SERVICE OFFICER ( SO )
JOB SPECIFICS:

• Age Max. 27, well presented with a professional attitude
• Love speaking English. Demonstrate intermediate fluency in English
• Good customer and administration skills
• Bachelor's degree (S1/D3) Hospitality preferred
• Well organized, communicative, outgoing, energetic, motivated & enthusiastic
• Good computer skills ( Microsoft Office application )
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks
• High energy and outgoing personality

TELEMARKETING OFFICER ( TMK )
JOB SPECIFICS:

• Maximum 27 years of age
• Self-driven, persuasive, result oriented
• Proffesional, hospitable attitude

PERSONAL TUTOR (PT)
JOB SPECIFICS:

• Age max. 30, well presented with a professional attitude
• Demonstrate high level of fluency in English. Teaching/tutoring experience in English is an advantage but not essential
• Bachelor’s degree (S1/D3 minimum) preferred

ONLINE STRATEGIST
This exciting growing team based in the MAESTRO INSTITUTE offices requires candidates to fulfill creative and development tasks with the opportunity for the right people to join the team on a permanent basis.

Your style is high end, and caters to all industries. You have experience working independently on websites with an ability to develop both front-end and back-end sites.

You bring to the team:

• Mid level design experience for branding and promotional graphic design. Web design skills that not only follow artworked designs but create their own designs for projects.
• High end experienced web development skills and able to use Java, Weblogic, SQL and J2EE a huge advantage.                 
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to create dynamic and professional websites and more.

It is expected that the candidate have these skills and experience to complete the role:

• Proven experience of executing successful SEO campaigns, gained within a commercial environment
• An understanding of natural search
• Strong consumer insight and commitment to exceptional customer service

• Manage search engine optimization, paid search campaigns, display advertising and website testing
• Perform web analytics, conversion rate optimization, SEO copywriting
• Identifying and correcting technical website errors that prevent search engines accessing the site
• Understand, optimize and expand our keyword list.
• Develop and manage metrics and budgets; understand and implement coding schemes for tracking purposes.
• Analyze and report program performance; provide results and recommendations for improvement and new programs
• Understand online consumer behavior to write and optimize website content & campaigns accordingly
• Develop social media strategy and align content with brand and business goals
• Post content in a timely manner and be highly responsive to comments and feedback, extending service commitment to social media
• Optimize viral marketing as an effective online strategy to create word-of-mouth, build brand image and increase quality leads

GRAPHIC & MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER

The candidate should have the following attribute to meet the requirements:
TECHNICAL SKILL

• Diploma or above in Graphic/Web Design
• Possess at least 2 years hands-on experience of web design and interactive design experience.
• Proficient in designing and creating user interface, graphic, illustration and multimedia assets like rich media
• Well versed in Flash and Actionscript, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML

PROBLEM SOLVING SKILL

• Keen eye for detail and a proven track record producing consistent clean icons, graphics, and layouts
• Creative thinker with quick understanding of business requirements

ORGANIZATIONAL SKILL

• Self-motivated, good communicator, comfortable following directions, and able to balance great design with meeting short deadlines
• Able to produce results independently

COMMUNICATION SKILL

• Able to present ideas both verbally & visually
• Possess good command of spoken and written English

The following responsibilities comes with the role:

• Brainstorming and mocking up design ideas
• Create graphics, screens, and layouts that reflect and extend the established style guide
• Create visual designs that address business, brand, market and enrich end-user experience
• Update on trend of new web and banner ad design in the market, plus review competitors’ performance
